- We will not entertain any requests for modifications of order details or change of address if these are not specified at the time of order. Please ensure you have read all product descriptions and have provided correct information before purchasing.

- In the event that you may have received damaged items, please report same to your delivery person and send us a picture of all the products purchased together with the original package and order reference number for our review and assessment as soon as you receive them. If we are fully satisfied with proof and evidences provided, we shall replace the damaged items and send them through as soon as possible, within a reasonable timeframe.

SHIPPING:

We will start processing your order right after confirmation of order and payment received, with the information provided (model, size, color etc). We shall then proceed with production and ship the product within 4-5 business days depending on the chosen model and quantity. Please choose your preferred delivery option that better fits your time frame.

This product will be shipped and delivered flat in an appropriate packaging/wrapping material and does not require assembly before use.

For personalised models, you can request for a digital proof/artwork of the topper as per your specifications for validation before we launch production and bring reasonable modifications to the design if needed. This may however delay the production time by 2-3 business days.

Considerable care will be taken to limit any possible risk of damage to the products during delivery/transit in Mauritius or abroad.

- We use food safe materials to make our toppers. The majority is made of cardstock, wood and derivatives. A small percentage is made of plastic.

- Some toppers may contain small decorative and removable parts, making them unsuitable for very young children. Children manipulating the toppers should never be left unattended to avoid risks of suffocation in case they accidentally swallow removable parts. Fancy Dreams Co. Ltd, its Directors, Employees, Shareholders and Business Partners shall not be liable in case of suffocation or accidents leading to serious injury or death that may occur following misuse of our products.

- All our toppers are examined closely to avoid sending over defective pieces and are manufactured in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free workshop.

- We offer a variety of sizes and can also custom-made toppers as per your size requirements. An additional cost shall be applicable for any custom-made sizes.

- Some laser cut products (especially wood and cardstock) may have traces of soot around the edges caused by the burning effect of the laser beam.

- Colors depicted in photos or digital designs are for representation purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product due to color correction and calibration settings of the screen on which they are being viewed.

- Where you are required to validate artworks or designs, we will, upon sending you the design or artwork, put on hold the production process until we receive your feedback and go-ahead. For all urgent orders, we reserve the right to proceed with production as per the latest proposed design, if we do not receive any feedback or comment within a maximum of 2 working days.
